Long Jump is one of the Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games events. It is an Athletics-Field event. In it you have to jump as far as you can from behind the foul line. Only 4 players can participate.

On the Nintendo Wii, you have the opportunity to gain applause at the start by waving the Wii remote and the Numbchuck together. Then you run down the track waving both of them as fast as you can and when it says speed locked, you stop. The next part is a test of your bravery, you must go as close to the foul line as you can and gently swing the Wii remote down (if you swing to hard, you'll get BAD) hop as far as you can. You get three tries, at the end of the three, your best score is the one that represents you.
